An exciting exploration
of lasers in design

An exploration
of lasers in design

Coming to Yorkshire in July '14 is an exciting new exhibition exploring lasers in design. Brought to you by Cutting Technologies and HACKSAW™, delve into the wonderful world of lasers with pieces on show from some of the UK’s most admired creative talent.

Enlightened was originally conceived as a way to thrust the the flexibility and capability of laser cutting & engraving into the public consciousness. By approaching some of the most talented designers and allowing their imaginations to run free, the original Enlightened exhibition proved that Cutting Technologies’ laser capabilities far out performed the historical creative expectations of laser use. Following the success of the original Enlightened exhibition,

the 2014 event occupies a significantly larger space over a 6 week residency, setting out to prove that the limits of laser cutting & engraving continue to to expand. By bringing together some of the most inspirational designers from the UK and beyond, Enlightened promises to once again merge the worlds of manufacture and creativity to create amazing, timeless pieces.
